Delivery Details

• Free Hong Kong shipping on orders over HKD$400 (excluding outlying islands and remote areas; please inquire for additional shipping fees).
• Overseas shipping fees are calculated as shown at the time of ordering.
• Installation fees are not included in the product price. Please inquire for lighting installation services.

Payment Methods

• To facilitate purchasing for our merchants, we offer a Purchasing Card as a payment tool for purchasing various goods. With a Purchasing Card, you can order goods via email at cs@hkelvisstore.com or WhatsApp at 61843056. Inquiries are welcome.

Order Returns 

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order,  you may return the product (original, unopened packaging and unused) within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. The refund will be processed through the payment method stated on the order.
• Ordered but not yet delivered products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
