Delivery Details
- Free Hong Kong shipping on orders over HKD$400 (excluding outlying islands and remote areas; please inquire for additional shipping fees).
- Overseas shipping fees are calculated as shown at the time of ordering.
- Installation fees are not included in the product price. Please inquire for lighting installation services.

Order Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product (original, unopened packaging and unused) within 7 days of shipment for a full refund. The refund will be processed through the payment method stated on the order.
- Ordered but not yet delivered products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
